Our designated account rep has always come through whenever there was an issue or question and in most cases he will contact customer service directly for us so we can focus on attending to our customers. They definitely go above and beyond for their merchants which is rare to find nowadays. Another great thing is not having to fork up the high credit card fees anymore. If you're thinking about processing with this company, I recommend trying their Cash Discount program! Cash Discount is where the customer pays a small fee instead of the business owner. Sounds scary, but was worth the change!

We never had much of a problem or complaint since most of our customers are aware of the provided signage that says if they use a card there will be a 3.99% convenience fee added. Many small businesses are going this route since credit card fees add up and customers seems to to understand, especially with prices of things going up continuously.
