We are authorized to market and support these services on behalf of those providers and act as your liaison to help you access, implement, and maintain them.

2. Service Fees and Charges

All Sale Solutions provides access to third-party services that may include transaction fees, monthly software subscriptions, and other operational costs. These fees are determined by the providers and not controlled by All Sale Solutions.

⚠️ While our equipment may be provided at no charge, other fees may apply including, but not limited to:

Gateway access fees

Monthly service charges

PCI compliance fees

Batch processing fees

Please review your agreement carefully or ask us if you have questions about specific costs.

3. Equipment Policy

All Sale Solutions does not charge rental fees for credit card terminals or point-of-sale devices provided through our programs. Equipment is supplied free of charge under the terms of your merchant services agreement, but remains subject to return policies or recovery costs if service is canceled prematurely.

You are not required to buy any equipment directly from All Sale Solutions unless you opt to do so for upgrades or custom setups.

Ongoing support with processor-related issues

However, since many services are managed by external providers, All Sale Solutions cannot guarantee uptime, approval timelines, or the performance of third-party processors.

5. Legal Compliance

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and payment network rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these regulations may result in suspension or termination of your services without notice.
